What's Included in the Monthly Fees?

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community licensed by the State of New York, Good Shepherd Village at Endwell will offer a range of services and programs designed to keep residents healthy and active for as long as possible.  Services covered by your monthly fee include

• All utilities except telephone
• Basic cable and high-speed internet access
• Trash removal
• Snow removal
• Interior/exterior maintenance
• Flexible dining program
• Access to on-site wellness/fitness center and indoor swimming pool
• Bi-weekly light housekeeping
• Grounds maintenance and landscaping
• Emergency call system
• Scheduled transportation to local shopping areas and physician offices
• Scheduled entertainment events
• Priority access to Good Shepherd Village at Endwell's Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Units on a fee-for-service basis.
