Priority Reservations

The Priority Reservation Program is the first step you can take to secure your place in our premier retirement community.  Potential residents fill out a brief application and submit it along with a check for $1,000 made out to Partners Trust Bank Escrow Agent.  The application will give us basic information along with your social security number (as required by the bank), and choice of apartment or cottage.  It is not necessary to choose which style or floor plan you would like at that time.  The fully refundable, interest bearing deposit is held in an escrow account in your name.  When we get your check and application, your name will be placed on our priority reservation list in the order received. We will host periodic events for depositors to report progress of our community and to give you a chance to get to know your potential neighbors!

We will contact priority reservation depositors in the order they are on the list.  You will then have the opportunity to select your specific cottage or apartment by style and location, and place a deposit of 10% of the entrance fee in your escrow account at Partners Trust Bank.  The 10% deposit is fully refundable with interest.  The depositors who are early on the list will be sure to secure the exact location and style they desire.
