Home in Binghamton, and shares the management team. We are fortunate
to have experienced management in place, with roots in our community.

Michael Keenan - President & CEO
Mike Keenan has over twenty years of long term care experience and is responsible for strategic planning, fiscal performance and quality assurance at Good Shepherd-Fairview Home. Mike holds a BS in Business Management and a MS in Healthcare Administration. Mike is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators where he served as membership chairman. He is a member of the New York Association of Long Term Care Administrators and serves on the Retirement Housing Sub-Committee for the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. He is the past president of the Southern Tier Long Term Care Administrators and was previously president of the Southern Tier Alzheimer’s Association

Joe Tigue - Chief Financial Officer
Joe Tigue is CFO of Good Shepherd-Fairview Home, where
he oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and reimbursement.
Joe was previously CFO of the Guthrie Healthcare System
in Sayre, PA,
the Guthrie Clinic and the Robert Packer Hospital. He
currently or previously served as member of his church’s
Finance Committee, President of Sayre Public Library, member
of the Valley Economic Development Agency, member of Sayre
Borough UDAG Loan Committee, President of Shepard Hills
County Club, and President of the Northeastern PA Chapter
of Healthcare Financial Management Association. |

Anne Dooley - Vice President
Anne Dooley, VP Administrator of Good Shepherd-Fairview Home, carries several designations after her name, including RN (Registered Nurse), BS (Bachelor of Science in Education), MHSA (Master of Science in Health Service Administration for Long Term Care) and NHA (Nursing Home Administrator). She is licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. . Her emphasis is always on the residents, assuring the best in quality of care and satisfaction. |

Teresa Carter - Sales Counselor
Teresa has a varied background in sales and the health field. She was a dental hygienist for 33 years, she and her husband were co-owners of Pino’s Ristorante, and she is a volunteer at Lourdes Hospital. Teresa has also worked as a real estate agent, has involvement with several direct sales companies, and started the first chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) in Broome County. She has three children. |

Deb Pilato - Sales Counselor
Deb lives in Endwell with her two children Ariella and Michael. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and has worked with older adults in a variety of settings for 26 years. Deb is very enthusiastic about the Good Shepherd Village and its focus of providing seniors with independence in a positive living environment. Her outside interests include golf, exercise, cooking and music. |

Kimberly Gates - Receptionist
Kimberly Gates is receptionist at the Hospitality Center. Kim
is originally from Owego, but currently lives in Endicott
with her children Brittany and Dylan. Kim has worked
in accounting and administrative assisting for over 20 years. Her
most recent position was with Partners Trust Bank. Outside
of work and family, Kim enjoys golf, bowling and travel. Stop
into say hello to the newest addition of the Good Shepherd
Village staff!
