Cottages

Named after famous Scottish golf courses, the cottages are designed as duplexes and grouped around a loop road to provide a sense of neighborhood and community.  Each contains two bedrooms and two baths.  The largest cottage – The Aberdeen – also has a den.  More importantly, most cottages are oriented to provide an optimal site line and view of the beautiful countryside.

Turnberry - 1350 sq. ft. [floorplan]

This well-designed home offers a generously sized living/dining area which opens onto the deck. The master bedroom features two walk-in closets and master bath.

Turnberry Alternate - 1350 sq. ft. [floorplan]

A variation of the Turnberry, oriented to provide an optimal view of the rolling hillside from your living room and deck.

Inverness - 1550 sq. ft. [floorplan]

This mid-sized cottage offers convenient access from the garage directly into the kitchen – great for carrying groceries and other items. 

Inverness with 2 Car Garage - 1550 sq. ft [floorplan]

A limited number of Inverness cottages have the added option of a 2 car garage.  This is ideal for the second car or extra storage space!

Inverness Alternate- 1550 sq. ft . [floorplan]

A variation of the Inverness designed to offer optimal views of the surrounding hillside from your living room and deck. Another unique feature of this floor plan is the cozy breakfast nook where you can sip your morning coffee while looking out over the rolling hillside. 

Inverness Alternate with 2 Car Garage - 1550 sq. ft. [floorplan]

Another variation of the Inverness features a two car garage, along with the same living room and deck views. It has the inside configuration of the Inverness Alternate, featuring the cozy breakfast nook looking out over the rolling hillside.

Aberdeen - 1800 sq. ft. [floorplan]

The Aberdeen is the largest floor plan and leaves nothing to the imagination.  An incredibly spacious living/dining room; a large kitchen perfect for gourmet cooking and entertaining; a private master bedroom suite with generous walk-in closet and master bath.  A large den adds nearly 100 square feet.
